live the the saying "Life is the little things". In our day to day
lives we get buried with sadness and frustration. It is easy to become
overwhelmed. If I focus on all of the little things in my life I feel
better. I know that material things aren't important, but rather the
small intanible things.A bright spot in my day can be the way my
children smile at me, a compliment someone may offer, a bright sunny
sky, etc. I have learned to focus on these things, because they are
what sustain my life. |
